To design a hospitality space for Merivale who has decided to merge hospitality and retail into a niche, small site in Paddington, Sydney. The business objective is to increase the diversity of the brand’s identity and complement their existing business at The Paddington among other Merivale venues. Merivale is an established hospitality business, their new concept should align with their brand identity of “a little magic” to create a unique dining and experience for the typical Merivale customer as well as residents and tourists/visitors to Paddington. The product is brunch, lunch - homeware, artisanal lifestyle goods.
